REFUND & REPRINT POLICY – DTF STL

 

Thank you for ordering from DTF STL. We take pride in producing the highest-quality DTF transfers with same-day or next-day turnaround. Because every order is made custom, our policies are designed to ensure fairness while maintaining quality standards.


Reprints & Refunds

  • We stand behind every order.
  • If your transfers arrive damaged, misprinted, or have adherence or quality issues, we will reprint or refund your order at no cost.
  • You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with clear photos showing the issue.
  • Our team will review and approve reprints within 1-2 business days.

 

Non-Refundable Situations

  • We cannot refund or reprint for low-resolution artwork, color mismatches, or layout errors supplied by the customer.
  • Refunds are not available for pressing errors, incorrect heat-press settings, or wrinkled/peeled results after application.
  • Once an order enters production, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

 

File & Color Policy

  • All Raster artwork should be 300 DPI, transparent PNG, and sized correctly before upload.
  • All Vector artwork should have text outlined or fonts included.
  • DTF STL prints in CMYK color mode; we do not guarantee exact Pantone matching.
  • For color-critical jobs, request a sample print first.

 

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the error was on our side.

 

Return of Goods

  • Since transfers cannot be reused, returns are not required unless specifically requested by our team for inspection.

 

Late or Missing Refunds

  • If your refund has not posted after 10 business days, please contact your bank or card issuer. If you still haven’t received it, email support@dtfstl.com with your order ID.
